Hej kære foodies. Idag har jeg endnu en lækker fiske ret til jer. Jeg har brugt hellefisk men man kan sagtens lave retten med torsk eller andet hvidfisk. For 2 personer / for 2 persons
4 stk Hellefisk lions a ca 120 gr hver / 4 Halibut pices or filets 120 gr each
150 gr tiger rejer (jeg brugte forkogte) / 150 gr large prawns ( I used precooked)

4 spsk flåede hakkede tomater / 4 tbs of canned tomato plum
½ tsk spidskommen pulver / ½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsk rød chili pulver / 1 tsp red chili
½ tsk spidskommen pulver / ½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsk rød chili pulver / 1 tsp red chili
1 tsk salt / 1 tsp salt
1-2 red chili, fint skåret / 1-2 red chili, finelly chopped
1 spsk lemon saft / 1 tbs lime juice
½ tsk frisk revet ingefær / ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
4 ark bage papir / 4 sheets of baking paper
Forvarm ovn 200 grader. Bland de flåede tomater sammen med lemon saft, salt, rød chili, friske hakket rød chili, ingefær, spidskommen pulver i en skål. Mairnere fiske lion og rejerne i denne marinade. Læg alle hellefisk lion på en bagepair ark, en på hver ark. Fordel rejser og resten af marinaden oven på de fire helle fiske lion.
Man kan også lave disse fiske stykker i fad, istedet for i bagepapir. Det vil tage lidt mindre tid end hivs man laver dem som bagepapir pakker.
Lav pakkerne som vist på biledet, læg pakkerne på bageplade og "bages" ca 12-18 minutter i oven. Det kommer an på hvor tykke fiske stykkerne er.
ENGLISH:
Preheat the oven 200 degree C. Mix the tomato plum with all the spices, ginger and fresh chili and lemon in a bowl. Marinate the fish pieces and prawns in this mixture. Place the fish pieces on a baking paper sheet, one one each sheet. Scatter the left over marination and prawns over the halibut pices . If you like you can make the halibut and prawns in adish instead of baking sheet parcels. Thats up to you. just keep an eye on it, I think it will be ready in shorter time then as parcels.
Make 4 parcels as shown in the picture, place them on a baking sheet. And "bake" them for something like 12-18 minuts, that depends on how thick the halibut pieces are.
Unpack the fish parcels and place the fish and prawns on a plate, pour the juice (from the parcels) over the fish and prawns and top with chili mushrooms. Enjoy and have a happy weekend.
