Eid Mubarik.

Eid Mubarik. I am saying see you soo, inshallah to this blessed month Ramadan and also preparing Eid brunch, I just wanted to come by with a little Eid gift and wish you all a happy and blessed Eid. My litte Eid gift is this very rich and creamy Almond & Date milkshake. This milkshake does take a bit longer to make as you have to boil the almond milk, but it tastes so good.
Trin 1: / Step 1
Mandelmælk / Almondmilk
450 ml sødmælk / 400 ml wholemilk
75 gr spiseske mandel mel / 75 tbs almond flour or grinded almonds
Kog mælken og tilsæt mandel mel, hefter skrue ned for varmen og lad mandelmælk simmer 8-10 minutter. Husk at røre i mælken ofte.
Boil the milk and add almond flour, then turn down the heat and let the almond milk simmer some 8-610minuts . Remember to stir often. Place the almond milk in fridge to cool. Make sure it is ice cold before useing it for milkshake. I made almond milk evening before. The almond milk with thicken a bit while cooling.
Trin 2/ Step 2
120 gr bløde dadler , hakket ( vægten er uden sten) / 120 gr soft dates, chopped ( the wait is with out pits)
Blend the chopped dates and almond milk in a milkshaker until smooth and well mixed. enjoy icecold topped with some chopped almond.
I wish you all a blessed and happy Eid and all you my none muslim foodies I wish youa wonderful weekend.
