Tandoori Kylling / Chicken Tandoori
Hvad siger i så? Jeg har lavet tandoori kylling til jer. Jeg har før delt en tandoori masala opskrift med jer: Lam Tandoori, I dag har jeg så Tandoori Kylling med til jer. Jeg bruger lidt mere krydderier i min tandoori masala til kylling og jeg har endda tilføjet yderligere en: paprika pulver for at give den røde farve en ekstra pift. Jeg håber at Kyllingen behager jer :)

How about that? I have made Tandoori chicken for you. I have earlier shared one tandoori recipe with you: Lamb Tandoori, today I am showing you Tandoori Chicken. I use a bit more spices in my Tandoori Chicken recipe. I have added one more: paparika powder to give the red colour an extra touch.
Indgrediesner/ Ingredients
2 kg hele kylling lår, uden skind/ 2 kg chicken leg pieces, skinless
2,25 dl yoghurt / 2,25 dl yoghurt
olie / oil
Hjemlavet Tandoori Masala/ Homemade Tandoori Masala
1 tsk ingefær pure/ 1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsk hvidløg pure/ 1 tsp garlic paste
1½ tsk chilli pulver/ 1½ tsp chili powder
½ tsk gurkemeje pulver/ ½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsk koriander pulver/ 1½ tsp coriander powder
1½ tsk spids kommen pulver/ 1½ tsp cumin powder
1½ tsk garam masala/ 1½ tsp garam masla
2 spsk tomat pure/ 2 tbs tomato paste
evt 3-4 grøn chilli fint hakket/ 3-4 green chilli finelly chopped, optional
1 tsk salt/ 1 tsp salt
2 spsk paprika pulver / 2 tbsp paprika powder
1 spsk olie/ 1 tbsp oil
1. Vask og rens kyllngstykkerene og lav 3-4 overfladisk snit i kylling stykkerne.
1. Wash and clean the chicken pieces. Make cuts in the pieces.
2. Bland alt ingredienser til tandoori masala sammen i en skål med yoghurten. Mariner kylling stykkerne i yoghurten. Jo længer du lader kylling mariner, desto mere smag får den. Lad kyllingstykkerne stå i marinaden i skålen. Til dæk skålen med film og lad den stå i køleskabet natten over eller mindst 1-2 timer.
2. Mix all the ingredients for tandoori masala together in a bowl with the yoghurt. Marinate the chicken in the yogurt. The more time you marinate the chicken pieces, the more taste it will get. Leave them in the bowl, cover the bowl with film and put the bowl in refridgerator overnight or least 1-2 hour.
3. Forvarm ovn ca 10 minutter 250 grader. Smør en ildfast fad med lidt olie og kom kyllingstykkerne i fadet med tandoori marinaden og læg fadet i ovn Vend kylling lårene efter 20 minutter. Kylling stykkerne skal i alt have 45-55 minutter. Husk at vende det yderliger en gang til. Når der ca 5 minutter tilbage, tag fadet ud og hurtig pensle kyllingstykkerne med olie. Stil fadet tilbage i ovn. Efter 5 minutter tages den ud. Den skal være sprød uden på og saftig indvendig. Hvis der marinade sovs til overs i fadet, gem det i køleskabet eller server det samme med kyllingen.
3. Preheat the oven at 250 degree celcious for 10 minutts. Bruish an oven dish with oil and place the chicken pieces with all the yoghurt marination also. Put the dish in the oven and roast the chicken for 45-55 minuts. Remember to turn the pieces after 20 minuts. After 20 minuts turn again. Just before its done, take out the dish, brush the chicken pieces with oli and place the dish back in the oven again. The chicken should be done after 5 minuts. Its should be crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. If there is extra sauce in the ovn dish, keep it in the fridge for later or serve it beside the Tandori chicken as sauce.
