Når det regner, især når det øs regner er det tid til hygge mad... noget lækkert og nemt, sprødt.... måske noget friture stegt. Favoritten er pakore det er en kultural ting hos os desi. There is something about rainy weather that brings out cravings for comfort food, something delicious and easy.... something crisp... maybe fried. Our favorit rain comfort food is pakore, this is a cultur desi thing. How ever there is room for yummy comfort food on my rainy weather comfort food list, some thing like these Bread Pizza Cups. Here is my version of Bread Pizza Cups.
indgredienser/ indgredients
7-6 toast brød skiver / 7-6 toast bread slices
pizza sauce / pizza sauce
3 spsk revet ost / 3 tbsp grated cheese
3 forårsløg, fint skåret / 3 springonion , chopped
120 gr kogt eller stegt kylling kød, i strimler / 120 gr cooked chicken meat, shredded
ca 60 gr let stegt champion, hakket / 60 gr lightly fried mushroom chopped
salt og krydderier efer smag / salt and spices to your taste
lidt oliven olie / little olive oil
evt tørrede basilikum / dried basil, optional
Brug en rullepind til at rulle brød skiverne lidt tyndere. Rul på begge siderne.

Forvarm ovn 180 grader. Jeg har brugt faste cupcake wrappers, der ikke behøver komme i en cupcake bage form. Hvis I bruger almindelig cupcakes papirforme så kom dem i muffin bageform. Læg forsigtig en brødskive i hver, pensel lidt med oliven olie og bag dem i ovnen få minutter til de bliver let sprøde.
Preheat the oven 180 degree Celcius. I have used firm cupcake cups, if you are using the regular cupcakes wrapers, you have to place them in a muffin baking tray. Place one bread slice in each wrapper, carefully. Brush with olive oil and bake them in the oven for few minuts until light crisp.
Beklager den rystede billedet. Tag brød cups ud af oven. Nu kan de fyldes. Bland jeres favorit krydderier med pizza saucen. Pensel pizza sauce i bunden og siderne. Jeg vil ikke have så meget pizza sauce i bunden for at undgå at bunden bliver for vådt. Kom lidt ost i bunden, lidt kylling og lidt hakket championg . Her kan man dryse med lidt mere kryddier, hvis man vil. Top med lidt ost igen. Fordel resten af pizza saucen ovenpå, drys med de snittede forårsløg og kom mere ost på, evt drys med list basilikum.
Bages i 180 gr forvarmet ovn til osten er smeltet.
Sorry for the shaken picture. Take the cups out of the oven. Now it is filling time. Mix your favorite spices and salt with the pizza sauce. Brush the whole inside with pizza sauce. I dont want so much pizza suace in the bottom to avoid soggy pizza cups. Place some cheese in the bottom, add some chicken and chopped mushrooms. Here you can sprinkle with more spices Top again with som cheese, now pour pizza sauce over the cheese and drizzle with spring onions and then again top with more cheese. Sprinkle with little dried basil. Bake in a preaheated oven 180 degree Celcious until the cheese has melted.
