Anne lækker hørfrø boller / Anne´s yummy flex seed buns


De er ikke kun lækker, der er også meget godt i disse boller. Jeg har opskriften fra min kollega Anne som haft disse lækker og saftige boller med til os nogle gange. Vi siger tak til Anne for dele opskriften med os. Hun bruger hørfrø, græskarkerner, solsikkekerner blandt andet. Jeg har undladt nogle af kernerne over. Da jeg bagt med kærnemælk istedet for vand, brugte jeg også mindre olie. uanset hvad, de smager bare såå godt på begge måder.

These buns are not only delicious, but also there is much good stuff  in them. I have the recipe from my colleague Anne, who have made these juicy and delicious buns for us. We say thankyou to Anne for shareing her recipe with us.  She uses flex seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds among others. I have only used 3 kind of seeds.  As i used buttermilk instead of water, I used less oil also. Either way they taste sooo good. 

Indgredienser/ ingredients
14-16 stk   /    14-16 stk

50 gr gær / 50 gr fresh yeast
4 dl vand eller kærnemælk / 4 dl water or buttermilk
1 tsk sukker / 1 tsp sugar
2 tsk salt / 2 tsp salt
4 stk revet gulerødder / 4 shredded carrots 
1 dl græskarkerner / 1 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl hørfrø / 1 dl flex seeds
1 dl sesam frø / 1 dl sesame seeds 
4 dl havregryn / 4 dl oatmeal
3 spsk olie ( jeg brugte kun 1 spsk ) / 3 tbsp oil
ca 350 - 400 gr mel / about 350- 400 gr flour


Dejen 

1.  Opløs gær i lunken vand eller kærnemælk
2.  Bland alt sammen og lav en blød og let klisteret dej. Hvis dejen er for våd, kom lidt mere mel i.
3.  Smør en skål med olie og kom dejen i. Hæv dejen en time, tildækket.

Dough
1.  Dissolve the yeast in luke water or buttermilk
2.  Mix everything together and make a soft and a bit sticky dough. If the dough is too wet add a bit more flour.
3. Put the dough in a oiled  bowl , cover the bowl with kitchen towel and let the dough rise 1 hour.

4. Ælt dejen let på en melede overflade. 5. Form  til 14-16 boller,  alt efter hvilken størrelse de skal være. Efterhæv dem, mens ovn forvarmes 200 grader 
4. Knead the dough lightly. 5. Make 14-16 buns depanding on the size you want them to bee. Leave them to rise more covered, while the oven is preheating. 6. Brush the buns with milk and bake them for 20 minuts.

Jeg lavede også nogle flade firkantet sandwich boller. Duften af frisk bagt brød er noget af det bedst der findes. Nyd den. :) og god weekend..
