Pakora Rolls
English translation in green colour
Hvad med engang Pakora Rolls til Fredags te´en? Det regner jo stædigvæk, regn og pakora passer rigtig godt sammen som jeg har fortalt før http://cupcakeluvs.blogspot.dk/2012/06/pakora.html . Idag har jeg lavet dem med ærter og masser af løg og pakket dem ind i fladbrød som wraps eller rolls med masser af chutney mums. Fristet?

Today I made them with green peas and lots of onions and packed them flatbread like wraps or rolls wtih lots of chutney. Tempted?
Ingredienser til Pakora / Ingredients for the pakora
200 gr kikærte / 200 gr besan ( gram flour )
3 mellem store løg , skåret i tynde strimler / 3 medium size onion, cut into thin slices.
200 gr ærter / 200 gr green peas
1 tsk rød chili pulver / 1 tsp chili powder
salt efter smag / salt after taste
3 frisk chili, fint hakket / 3 fresh chili, finelly chopped
evt 1 tsk knust bukkehorns frø / 1 tsp og crushed fenugreek leafs, optional
2 spsk let knust koriander frø / 2 tbsp of crushed coriander seeds
130 ml vand / 130 ml water
2 spsk frisk hakket koriander blade / 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leafs
olie til friture stegning / oil for deep frying
Rolls / Rolls
6 stks flade brød til wraps / 6 flat breads for the rolls
salat blade / green salad leafs
yoghurt mint chili chutney / yoghurt mynte chili chutney
evt tamarind sauce / tamarind sauce
1. Bland alle ingredienser til pakora sammen. Lad dejen hvile 5- 6 minutter. 2. Varm olie og lav pakoreh se her hvordan http://cupcakeluvs.blogspot.dk/2012/06/pakora.html .

3. Varm fladbrødene på en pande en ad gangen. Læg nogle pakoreh i, top med chutney, tamrind sauce og salat blade og rull sammen til ruller . Jeg ville kun have pakoreh i min rulle og chutney, smag og behag.

3. Heat the flat breads on a pan one at a time. Put some pakorah on the top of a flat bread, top with chutney, tamarind sauce, and salad leafs. I wanted mine with only pakoreh and chutney, there is no rules so top with what you like.
